About Me

My name is Crystal Miller. I am a Certified Massage Therapist and Health Educator in California, CMT # 86286. I graduated from the accredited National Holistic Institute in Redding, California. I am trained in a wide range of modalities that include Swedish, Deep Tissue, MyoFascial Therapy, Sports Massage, Ampuku Japanese Massage, Table Thai, Shiatsu, Theragun Therapy, Cupping Therapy, Corestone Therapy, and much more! I chose this profession to help those who are suffering from day-to-day pain and tension generally caused by repetitive movement. It is my goal to provide my guests a place of serenity. My focus is health, and wellness. I am driven to enlighten balance and cultivate an ambiance that soothes the soul.
